Harvey's Seatbelt Bag Cake

This is a Harvey's Seatbelt Bag (purse) cake. The cake took 32 hours to create, and was lemon with citrus cream cheese filling covered in vanilla buttercream and fondant. The recipient loves these bags and also daisies, so I was quite happy to find this tree stump and daisy patch outside my home to photograph this for her. Thanks to the birthday girl for sending me a photo of the cake cut open!

    I work at Harveys (and consider myself a lover of all things cake) and think that this cake is so very, very cool! Keep up the great work!

    That cake is amazing! My mom makes cool cakes for people on the side. I will have to show her this because we are both Seatbelt Bag lovers.
